Our Approach
“Ah, music," he said, wiping his eyes. "A magic beyond all we do here!”
― J.K. Rowling, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone
safe conduct
We have all taken training as to how to manage and maintain a safe environment.
safe location
We have inspectors come, check the facility, and certify us as a safe location for infants under care.
safe environment
We screen our staff. We also give our team first aid care training and keep our staff updated.
Safety
We believe that what makes a place safe is not all the actions you take to make it safe but include a constant path through being safe. That is why we don't only take measurements to keep your child safe, but we also talk about safety and take a proactive approach.
We placed finger protection and corner protection on doors and furniture and added video surveillance at the entrance. We also talk with our gardener about dangerous plants. We work on maintenance, and check-ups, including the toys, furniture, and internal gates.
We train our staff with safe conduct, and we also teach them first aid. And every morning, we check the perimeter for dangerous objects.

Their Experience
"The world is full of magic things, patiently waiting for our senses to grow sharper." ― W.B. Yeats
As soon as we arrive, we hear music. We play, dance, and have fun with musical instruments. We clap our hands; we drum on the furniture and stump our toes.
Then we dance and play, listen to our favorite songs, and act out their words. We laugh and laugh.
We become monkeys and scratch our heads. Then, we discover the jungle, like an explorer, touch our heads and our toes and wiggle all around. We do mitzvahs and give tzedaka.
Then we sit down and read books and learn. We learn about geometrical shapes, our feet and arms and bodies, letters, and many other things. Then, we paint. Oh, and sometimes we cook. And we learn with flash cards. And make scientific discoveries.
We play in the park with the toys and climb on the games. We slide down, and we do it all over again. We drive around in the cars. We play with balls and other toys.
Sometimes we get to see bunnies and rabbits, chickens, and all kinds of animals. I can't remember their names.
We have pool days where we get to play in the water. There is a fountain that throughs water from the floor upwards.
It's the best day of my life.

Our facility is built with a concrete roof, and we have carefully designated the safest area inside the gan as a refuge space, in line with the guidelines provided by the Israel Home Front Command (Pikud HaOref). Our staff is trained to respond calmly and swiftly in case of an emergency, guiding the children to the designated space with care and efficiency. We also conduct regular drills to ensure that everyone—children and staff alike—feels prepared and protected. We understand these situations can cause concern, and we’re here to answer any questions or provide further reassurance. Your peace of mind and your child’s safety are always our top priorities.

Can we tour the daycare during activity times? We understand that you would like to visit our daycare to see the level of care we provide and to determine if we would be a good fit for your child's needs. To ensure that we do not disrupt the children's daily routine, we are happy to schedule a tour for you at a time when the children are napping or after regular hours. This way, you can see the care and attention we provide without any interruptions, and get a better understanding of our approach to childcare. One of the things that sets us apart from other daycares is that our Director is an active participant in the caregiving. This means that the Director is not only responsible for the overall management of the daycare, but also actively involved in providing care for the children. This ensures that all children receive the highest quality of care and that our daycare maintains a safe and nurturing environment. However, this also means that our Director's role is essential to the children's comfort, safety and well-being, and interruptions to their daily routine can cause distress. Therefore, in order to provide the best care possible, and ensuring the babies' safety and well-being, we schedule the tours at a time when the children are napping or after hours. We hope you can understand our approach.
